Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Ufuk: Kur'an ve Vakit uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulama App Store üzerinden dağıtılır ve Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir; bu koşullar onu tamamlar.

1. Ücretsiz içerik

Kur'an metni, meal, okunuş, tefsir, dualar, namaz vakitleri, widget'lar ve hatırlatmalar ücretsizdir. Hiçbir dinî içerik ücretli bir özelliğin arkasında değildir.

2. Ufuk Premium

Premium isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca görünümle ilgili özellikler sunar (renk temaları, uygulama ikonları, widget tasarımları, kart ve duvar kâğıdı çerçeveleri). İki şekilde alınabilir:

  • Yıllık abonelik. Ücret, satın almayı onayladığında Apple Kimliğine yansıtılır. Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve fiyatla kendiliğinden yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
  • Ücretsiz deneme. Sunulduğunda, deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse ücretli yıllık aboneliğe dönüşür. Denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı, abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur.
  • Tek seferlik satın alma. Bir kez ödenir, yenilenmez.

Aboneliğini iPhone'da Ayarlar › adın › Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. Fiyatlar App Store'da gösterilir ve ülkeye göre değişebilir. Ödemeler ve iadeler Apple tarafından yürütülür; iade talebi için reportaproblem.apple.com adresini kullanabilirsin.

3. Namaz vakitleri ve kıble

Vakitler Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı'nın yöntemiyle, seçtiğin konuma göre hesaplanır. Konumun doğruluğuna, rakıma ve cihaz saatine göre birkaç dakikalık farklar olabilir. Kıble yönü cihazın pusulasına dayanır ve manyetik etkilerden etkilenebilir. Özellikle imsak ve iftar gibi hassas vakitlerde yerel müftülüğün takvimini esas almanı öneririz.

4. Dinî içerik ve kaynaklar

Arapça metin Tanzil Projesi'nden (tanzil.net) alınmıştır. Meal ve tefsir, Elmalılı Hamdi Yazır'ın kamu malı olan eserleridir. Türkçe okunuş uygulama tarafından kurallarla üretilir; okumaya yardımcıdır, bir hocadan öğrenmenin yerini tutmaz. Kaynakların ve lisansların tam listesi uygulamadaki Ayarlar › Lisanslar ekranındadır. Bir hata görürsen bize bildirmeni rica ederiz.

5. Hatim halkası

Hatim halkasında paylaştığın halka adı ve görünen adın, halkadaki kişilerce görülür. Başkalarını rahatsız edecek, yanıltıcı ya da hukuka aykırı adlar kullanmamayı kabul edersin.

6. Fikrî mülkiyet

Uygulamanın tasarımı, kodu, görselleri ve okunuş metni Ufuk'a aittir. Kamu malı ve açık lisanslı içerikler kendi lisanslarına tabidir. Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanımın dışında kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez veya dağıtamazsın.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Uygulama özenle hazırlanmıştır ancak "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız. Tüketici olarak kanundan doğan hakların saklıdır.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfadadır; önemli değişiklikleri yukarıdaki tarihle belirtiriz.

9. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

These terms govern your use of the Ufuk app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. The App is distributed through the App Store, and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; these terms supplement it.

1. Free content

The Quran text, translation, transliteration, tafsir, duas, prayer times, widgets and reminders are free. No religious content is ever behind a paid feature.

2. Ufuk Premium

Premium is optional and only changes how the App looks (colour themes, app icons, widget designs, card and wallpaper frames). It is offered as:

  • A yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid yearly subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
  • A one-time purchase, paid once and never renewed.

Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Prices are shown in the App Store and may vary by country. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Prayer times and qibla

Prayer times are calculated with the method of Türkiye's Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet) for the location you choose, and may differ by a few minutes depending on location accuracy, elevation and your device's clock. The qibla relies on your device's compass and can be affected by magnetic interference. For sensitive times such as suhoor and iftar, please also check your local mosque or authority.

4. Religious content and sources

The Arabic text is from the Tanzil Project (tanzil.net). The Turkish translation and tafsir are the public domain works of Elmalılı Hamdi Yazır. The Turkish transliteration is generated by the App and is a reading aid, not a substitute for learning from a teacher. Full sources and licences are listed in the App under Settings › Licences. Please tell us if you spot a mistake.

5. Khatm circles

A circle's name and your display name are visible to the circle's members. You agree not to use names that are offensive, misleading or unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

The App's design, code, artwork and transliteration belong to Ufuk. Public domain and openly licensed content remains under its own licence. You may not copy, modify or distribute the App beyond personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of liability

The App is made with care but provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use or inability to use it. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date above.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
